The concrete spreader cannot accurately distribute, which increases the labor intensity, labor cost as well as the working environment of the personnel.

The main technical problems to be solved:

Research on the precise amount of distribution and the function of automatic feeding.

Technical goals to be achieved:

1. The precise amount of distributive control reaches 98%, no manual intervention of flat material, and the flow uniformity of the visual inspection accuracy for 3MM belt conveying material is better than 80%;
2.  To carry out a centralized control processing of production data transmission, intelligent planning coordination, set up the MES manufacturing execution system, PHM fault prediction and health management system, SCADA data acquisition and monitoring system, and realize the automatic intelligent integrated information management.
