Challenge description | Challenge background:
In the TLP-type foundation for floating wind turbines, the research and development of tension keys is a difficult point. The traditional steel-tube tension keys for oil and gas platforms applied in kilometer-level deep water are no longer suitable for shallow water wind power scenarios, and the current chain, rope or the breaking force of the cable scheme cannot meet the actual maximum breaking force requirements, which requires the development of a coordination member that can coordinate two tension bars composed of chains, ropes or cables into a tension leg, which can achieve two tension forces. Besides, the force of the tendons can be basically synchronized, and the breaking force of the tension leg composed of two tension tendons can be more than 1.8 times that of a single one, so as to meet the actual needs of the TLP type foundation for floating fans. We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements: The entire 25-year working life of the components is submerged, and the corrosion at sea and the influence of marine life need to be considered. In addition, the components work in a large breaking force environment, and it changes irregularly, so the fatigue conditions of the components need to be took into account. ①The maximum breaking force of the component itself cannot be less than 3200 tons; ②The component coordinates two bars. In theory, the breaking force of the two bars should be consistent, that is, the force of each bar is half of that of the component. In actual operation, the breaking force of the two bars should not differ by more than 10%. At the same time, the component can coordinate the breaking force of the tension leg composed of two tension bars, which can be more than 1.8 times that of a single tension bar; ③The total cost of components on each TLP platform cannot exceed 15 million. |
