At present, the lift of the closing point of the condensate pump of the company’s 660MW coal-fired unit is 1.28 times, which is a relatively high situation. Therefore, under load operation, due to the large margin left, the water regulating door on the deaerator cannot be in the fully open position, and the following problems will occur:
1）The valve regulating flow loss is large, the outlet pressure is huge, the pipe damage is serious, the system efficiency is low, and the energy is wasted.
2) When the flow rate decreases and the position opening narrows, the pressure difference between the front and rear of the regulating valve increases and the work safety characteristics deteriorate, and the pressure loss is serious, resulting in an increase in energy consumption.
3) The equipment has a short service life, a large amount of daily maintenance, and a high maintenance cost, resulting in a great waste of various resources.
