At present, the largest emissions in the printing and dyeing industry and the higher difficulty in treatment are the exhaust gas emitted by the printing and dyeing setting machine, which has high temperature and high humidity, oily smoke, lint, particulate matter, adherents, low concentrations of VOCs, malodorous groups, and various textile aids. Each setting machine generally emits 150-250mg/m3 of particulate matter and 60-80mg/m3 of oil fume, which is far higher than the environmental emission standard. At present, most of the equipment that handles the exhaust gas of the printing and dyeing setting machine has problems such as fire safety, blockage, odor disturbing people, insufficient heat energy utilization, and high energy consumption.

Develop an effective printing and dyeing setting machine waste gas treatment technology, which can solve the problem of medium to high difficulty setting machine waste gas treatment.
Reduce the concentration of particulate matter in the exhaust gas from the setting machine to less than 30mg/m3 and the concentration of oil fume to less than 40mg/m3;
Solve the problem of odor nuisance to the people, and achieve “colorless and odorless” emission;
Solve the problem of fire safety, blockage and paralysis of treatment equipment;
Make full use of heat energy and improve utilization efficiency;
On the premise of safety and stability, reduce the operating power consumption of management equipment.
