At present, the largest emissions in the printing and dyeing industry and the higher difficulty in treatment are the exhaust gas emitted by the printing and dyeing setting machine, which has high temperature and high humidity, oily smoke, lint, particulate matter, adherents, low concentrations of VOCs, malodorous groups, and various textile aids. Each setting machine generally emits 150-250mg/m3 of particulate matter and 60-80mg/m3 of oil fume, which is far higher than the environmental emission standard. At present, most of the equipment that handles the exhaust gas of the printing and dyeing setting machine has problems such as fire safety, blockage, odor disturbing people, insufficient heat energy utilization, and high energy consumption. We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements: Develop an effective printing and dyeing setting machine waste gas treatment technology, which can solve the problem of medium to high difficulty setting machine waste gas treatment.
