R&D for Paper equipment

This project is UHV  paper equipment, which is mainly applied in UHV infrastructure construction, high-speed rail, nuclear power, and power grid power equipment.

Technical Parameter:

① Voltage level: AC: 110kV-750kV; DC: ±200kV-±800kV.

② Current level: AC: 630 A -3150A; DC: 750 A -6250A.

③ Electrical performance: It must be implemented according to “GB/T 4109 Insulating Bushings with AC Voltage Above 1000V”, “GB/T 22674 Bushings for DC Systems”, “GB/T 26166 ± 800 kV DC Systems with Wall Bushings”, “IEC 60137-2017” and “IEC IEEE 65700-19-03-2014”.

④ Product performance of temperature rise: Meet the requirements of Table 2 in GB/T 4109.

⑤ Mechanical properties of product: 2000-5000N (determined according to level of voltage and current).

⑥ RIP dry-type bushing should pass the specified type test.
