Develop a foam tape that can replace silicone glue and be used for frame installation of frame components, which saves the time for moisture curing of silicone glue and shortens the production cycle of components. Reduce VOC emissions during component production. The key technology lies in the selection of foam and foam glue.

1. Select the foam tape of the mainstream domestic manufacturers, and jointly develop the appropriate foam according to the requirements, and then refer to the technical requirements mentioned in the SEMI PV61-0115 and CQC standards of the foam tape, and combine the reliability mentioned in the component IEC61215. Test, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the foam tape, and confirm the manufacturer’s selection and material selection of the foam material.
2. According to the application form of the foam tape, select acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive as the foam adhesive system, select the glue from domestic mainstream manufacturers, jointly develop a suitable adhesive system according to the requirements, and then select the foam in the first step. After double-sided coating, winding, curing and slitting on the cotton surface, according to the technical requirements mentioned in the SEMI PV61-0115 and CQC standards of the reference foam tape, combined with the reliability test mentioned in the component IEC61215, the performance of the overall foam is comprehensively evaluated to confirm the glue manufacturer and selection.
3. After confirming that the initial and reliability performance of the foam tape meets the requirements, apply it to the frame of the module, and install it to the module to perform the load performance before and after DH1000 and DH2000.
