After crops and their processed products are contaminated by mold, it will not only cause deterioration in appearance and quality, but also cause damage to animal organs or miscarriage by feeding poultry and livestock with feed containing mycotoxins, and even lead to the death of cubs. It is extremely carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic, and the current separation, purification, identification and testing equipment are difficult to meet the needs of the market development.
We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:
The separation, purification, identification and authentication of unknown mold make a detailed research on its properties. According to its growth differences on three commonly used mold detection mediums and the results of adding bacteria to starch samples on five mold mediums, it is expected to find a method that is most suitable for early detection of this strain and can predict its growth trend. The experimental strains used this time are isolated from the modified starch samples submitted by customers. It is necessary to separate and purify three batches of non-repeated starch samples sent at intervals, and use three different media for plate culture at the same time, and compare, isolate, purify and confirm the colonies in the cultured plates, and finally obtain the purified target bacteria with stable characters.
