When the laser is drilled into the ceramic substrate, it will be accompanied by gasification smoke. Currently, smoking fans are installed to exhaust the smoke to the outside, causing air pollution. The fundamental solution is to install a mini smoking port at the laser head, then enter a purification device, and discharge to the air by the purification device, so the factory does not need to arrange smoke exhaust device.

Effects or Indicators Needed to Achieve:

1. It must be installed inside the setting.
2. The smoking device installed on the laser head shall not interfere with the movement of its head.
3. The smoke andfog flow: more than 0.5m3/s.
4. The quality detection device (digital display)of exhaust gas must be installed to give an alarm when the air pollution standard is exceeded. The internal filter device should be replaced during the lifting operation.
5. The total weight of the purification device shall not exceed 5KG, and the size shall be less than 20cm*20cm*32cm. If the size is larger than this, it will failto be installed inside the equipment.
