The height of polyurethane flexible foam is generally about 1 meter. Different positions of the foam, such as top, middle and bottom, have certain differences in physical properties. For example, there is an obvious gradient phenomenon in the density and indentation hardness of the foam from the upper part to the lower part. At present, we have been researching related technologies, but the improvement in technology is not very great. It’s hopeful to cooperate with the institute to seek the production process problem of reducing the difference in physical properties of different positions of the foam.
