1. After printing, the ink hardness is increased to 4H, and the surface has no scratches or only slight;
2. The printing film thickness and drying conditions remain unchanged (drying temperature≤130°C);
3. After the product is finished, the ink needs to be resistant to high temperature (≥150°C) to prevent back sticking when stacked.

Existing Foundation:

1. The printing film thickness is 5+/-1μm;
2. Hardness is 2H;
3. Adhesion to PET, the 3M600 tape was pulled up without falling off when tested by a hundred grid knife;
4. Solvent-based ink. The drying conditions: IR temperature baking, 130°C/60Sec;
5. Temperature resistance: 136°C, the ink is easy to soften beyond this temperature.
