However, there are still many problems in the practical use of HVAC systems, especially the maintenance and troubleshooting of hidden projects, such as piping systems. There are many difficulties that need to be resolved. With the advancement of society and the widely use of robots, pipeline robots can carry sensors to perform mechatronics system that can complete the operations inside and outside the pipeline.
We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:
Detect the air quantity of each part of the pipeline;
Detect the local wind pressure of the pipeline;
Check the cleanliness of the pipeline;
Detect the wind speed of each main and secondary pipeline;
Able to clean and maintain the pipeline;
Troubleshoot problems or failures detected in the pipeline;
The mobile phone or computer terminal can be connected and operated with the robot, and provide real-time data to the system center.
Due to the particularity of HVAC pipelines, the structural design of round or square robots needs to consider its adaptability;
The HVAC system is used in industrial, commercial and other places, which affects people’s life and work to a certain extent, so the reliability of pipeline robots needs to be guaranteed;
3.The HVAC pipeline environment is relatively complicate, so obstacles may occur when conveying a series of signals such as feedback signals, causing the pipeline robot to stop working. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the pipeline robot’s induction recognition and obstacle crossing capabilities;
