The temperature of hot metal is over 600 degrees C. During transportation (speed range 0-50km/h), a large amount of heat will be directly released into the surrounding environment, and the metal temperature will gradually change from high to low, resulting in a great deal of energy waste. In this case, we need to achieve efficient recovery of such heat.

We are looking for a movable-type high-temperature metal heat recovery technology, involving the following conditions

1. High temperature (>600 degrees C), medium temperature (600-300 degrees C), low temperature (<300 degrees C);
2. Heat exchange area no less than 10㎡;
3. Transport speed of 0~50 km/h.

Technical requirements

1. Strong environmental adaptability, dust protection;
2. Stable performance, long service life;
3. Easy to install and maintain.

Cost requirements

1. Low cost;
2. Payback period of less than 3 years.

Qualification requirements

1. Technical accumulation in the field of energy materials;
2. Ability of control system design.
