In the process of actual production of packaging bags, there exist problems such as missing printing and color difference. However, due to the large number of products, fast operation speed, manual inspection, low efficiency and large error, the use of machine vision system for measurement and judgment will save manpower, improve efficiency, and achieve twice the result with half the effort.

Main technical problems to be solved:

1. Detection and analysis of packaging bag defects under high-speed motion;
2. Detection and analysis of printed matter defects under high-speed motion;
3. Detection and analysis of heat-sealing defects under high-speed motion;
4. Object positioning and measurement under high-speed motion.

Main technical goals to be achieved:

Operating speed: 4.7m/s; more than 95% of the qualified rate.
