Technical Parameters:

(1) Save 20%-70% steam curing time of high-strength prefabricated pipe pile;

(2) Save 20%-30% of the construction period of high-strength prefabricated pipe pile.

Expected to Achieve:

(1) Complete the carbon emission evaluation system for the whole process of prefabricated pile manufacturing and construction, and obtain the key links of carbon emission control and publish 1-2 papers:

(2) Mechanical properties of prefabricated piles made of low-carbon materials and technologies meet the requirements of the specification, and 2-4 domestic patents have been applied;

(3) Forming the precast pile rapid construction technology to meet the construction quality requirements;

(4) Expected research objectives: Apply for one industry standard or 1-2 provincial and ministerial construction methods.
