Challenge description | We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:
Research and development of carbon emission evaluation system for the whole process of prefabricated pile manufacturing and construction; Research and development of prefabricated pile low-carbon materials and production process, so that its mechanical properties meet the requirements of the specification: Based on the geological conditions of Shaoxing, it’s expected to research and develop the prefabricated pile rapid sinking technology to reduce carbon emissions on the premise of ensuring the construction quality. Technical Parameters: (1) Save 20%-70% steam curing time of high-strength prefabricated pipe pile; (2) Save 20%-30% of the construction period of high-strength prefabricated pipe pile. Expected to Achieve: (1) Complete the carbon emission evaluation system for the whole process of prefabricated pile manufacturing and construction, and obtain the key links of carbon emission control and publish 1-2 papers: (2) Mechanical properties of prefabricated piles made of low-carbon materials and technologies meet the requirements of the specification, and 2-4 domestic patents have been applied; (3) Forming the precast pile rapid construction technology to meet the construction quality requirements; (4) Expected research objectives: Apply for one industry standard or 1-2 provincial and ministerial construction methods. |
