Challenge description | Challenge background:
Multi-source solid waste in urban areas mainly includes: residual mud after separation of engineering residue and sediment, waste mud generated by subway construction, municipal sludge from urban sewage treatment plant and multi-types of industrial solid waste. It’s expected that enterprises in the field of environmental protection will join hands with us as soon as possible to promote the development of environmental protection. We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements: (1) Develop complete sets of special equipment for ceramsite production of multi-source solid waste building materials, study special curing agent, prepare solid waste such as residual mud and waste mud into non-burning nodular shell aggregate, and use it to prepare building materials such as filling concrete, so as to realize high-quality functional application of solid waste. Indicators of task: Develop and prepare a special curing agent for granulation by using solid waste, and the cylinder compressive strength of granulated aggregate solidified by residual mud is greater than 10MPa; Develop a set of special equipment for curing granulation, with a production capacity of more than 1t/ h. One technology for preparing filled concrete with non-burning nodular shell aggregate can be realized, and the strength of the concrete is greater than 3MPa in 7 days. (2) By taking advantage of the complementarity between solid waste with high inorganic content, such as residual mud after separation of engineering residue and sediment, and solid waste with high organic content, such as municipal sludge and river bottom mud, the high temperature consolidation technology of environmentally friendly ceramite lightweight aggregate is developed, and the preparation technology of infiltration and storage functional materials for sponge city construction is studied, so as to realize high-quality functional application of multi-source solid waste. Indicators of task: Research and develop one technology of high temperature consolidation to prepare ceramide lightweight aggregate technology. The packing density is less than 900kg/m3, and the compressive strength is greater than 20MPa. Research and develop a technology of environmental optimization type ceramide lightweight aggregate and a storage functional material preparation technology. The leaching toxicity of building materials meets the environmental optimization of building materials standards, and the compressive strength of the produced material is greater than 30MPa, achieving permeability of grade B. |
