We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:
1. Anti-fading technology of water-based dye ink
Dye-based inks mainly use organic dyes as colorants, and the molecular structure contains more chromogenic groups, which are also the basis of various colors. Due to the small molecular structure, the color base group is extremely vulnerable to ultraviolet, oxygen and other conditions, resulting in fading. And the current color density attenuation rate of domestic dye inks even exceeds EPSON and other inks by dozens of times. According to the mechanism of color rendering and fading, the stability of chromogenic group should be studied. The main direction is to change group structure to improve stability; Anti-oxidation and anti-ultraviolet substances should be added to protect the chromophores.
2.Improvement of the adhesion technologyfor the water-based pigment ink in thermal bubble sprinkler
Pigment ink is mainly composed of organic particles or carbon particles with a particle size of 50-200nm suspended in various solvents as colorants, with excellent waterproof, anti-fading and other properties. Due to the large particle, it is difficult for the color producing particles to be directly fixed in ordinary photo paper and other materials. It’s expected to mainly study the resin material suitable for thermal bubble inkjet, through which the pigment particles can be attached to the target.
Expected results of the project:
Realize the fading resistance of water-based dye ink: the monthly average color density attenuation rate of the standard proof cannot be more than 1 % of HP, Canon, Epson ink and other same types;
Achieve the color adhesion performance of water-based pigment ink suitable for thermal bubble nozzle on photo paper and other materials: the standard proof can bear more than 10 N friction without fading.
