Challenge description | We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:
Rancidity of traditional hand-made yellow rice wine often occurs during storage. At present, the yellow rice wine enterprises in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other places measure the quality of wine by the level of vintage. The higher the vintage is, the higher the price will be. Therefore, aged yellow rice wine has become the main source of corporate profits. However, the deterioration rate of more than 10 years old yellow rice wine is higher, which is the main cost loss factor of the industry. Therefore, a non-destructive monitoring method is needed, which does not need to open the wine jar in the process, so that the wine body quality will not be affected, and the yellow rice wine with deterioration tendency can be found in time and processed. Technical Parameter: (1) Conduct a research on the industrial application of non-destructive testing (quality monitoring) technology for the quality of rice wine in the industrial environment of the enterprise, and develop a set of industrial testing equipment to complete the detection of wine body quality by irradiating electromagnetic waves into the liquor stored in the enterprise’s large tank or in the wine jar, receiving the returned electromagnetic waves and analyzing them. The wine quality will not be affected during the process. (2) The propagation of electromagnetic radar signal in different solutions was modeled to compare the echo difference between normal rice wine and spoiled rice wine to obtain the conclusion.
Expected to Achieve: Obtain not less than 3 sets of nondestructive monitoring equipment, by irradiating electromagnetic waves into the wine altar, receiving the returned electromagnetic waves and analyzing to complete the wine body quality detection. The wine quality will not be affected during the process. The technology can be used to detect rice wine that tends to go bad in time and treat it immediately. The disclosing unit shall deliver three finished prototypes and provide technical support services for no less than three years. |
