Challenge description | Challenge background:
The exhaust gas loss is the most important heat loss of boiler, which is generally about 5%-12%, accounting for 60%-70% of boiler heat loss. The main factor affecting exhaust gas is the temperature. Under normal circumstances, when the exhaust gas temperature increases by 10℃, the exhaust gas loss rises by 0.6%-1%, and the corresponding coal consumption increases by 1.2%-2.4%. If taking the heat value of 2000KJ/KG coal 410t/h high pressure boiler as an example, nearly 10,000 tons of power coal are consumed every year. The smoke emission temperature of many boilers in our thermal power plants exceeds the design value, about 20℃ — 50℃ higher than it. Therefore, reducing the exhaust temperature has important practical significance for saving fuel and reducing pollution. We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements: The company focuses on energy saving and emission reduction, environmental protection design, energy management, and research and development of environmental protection software technology. It pursues the technology of flue gas waste heat recovery and efficient utilization of low-temperature economizer, and energy-saving, water-saving and emission reduction technology of low-temperature economizer. The expected requirements are as follows: (1) Reduce the smoke exhaust temperature by 30℃-70 ℃. (2) Reduce the water consumption of the desulfurization system. The water spray cooling device or accident (spray) cooling device of desulfurization system is cancelled to realize deep energy saving of desulfurization system. (3) Add low pressure economizer, and reduce the amount of steam extraction and the coal consumption. (4) It has favorable coal species and seasonal adaptability. (5) Great load adaptability. (6) It can make full use of the site space outside the boiler, arrange the required heating surface, and leave enough space for maintenance, which is convenient to maintain. |
