|Challenge description||Challenge background:
LPG ship is a new type of ship emerging in recent years, characterized by high technical content, difficult construction and novel technology. The two core technologies are cryogenic carbon manganese steel welding processing technology used in cryogenic liquid tank and dual-fuel gas supply system with LPG as the second fuel to the main engine, which is another core technology.
We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:
1、Research and develop efficient welding technology for cryogenic liquid tanks of LPG vessels, and improve the quality of welded joints through the development of optimized welding process.
2、At the same time, the stress distribution state and characteristics of typical welded joints of cryogenic liquid tank arestudied, and the influence law of welding process, structure and other factors on the residual stress of welded joints is elucidated, so as to provide a basis for optimizing the tool tire frame, formulating a reasonable assembly welding sequence and welding deformation control;
3、Develop methods to reduce welding residual stress in welded joints, enhance the fatigue strength of the structure, improve the service performance and service life of welded joints in cryogenic liquid tanks, provide effective means to reduce welding residual stress, achieve the purpose of saving time and money, and meet the work performance and safety performance, so as to enhance the reliability of the welded structure of cryogenic liquid tanks.
4、Research dual-fuel gas supply system supporting the main engine of LPG vessels, develop the production and installation process of gas supply system, obtain the approval of classification societies, achieve the dual-fuel gas supply system with independent intellectual property rights, improve the status of the enterprise in the industry, and contribute to the reduction of costs and increase efficiency for it.
