Challenge description |
We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:
Development, technology and equipment of high-end information software about intelligent mine. It’s expected to develop a system with the following 4 functions.
- The research and development of a communication system can provide downstream customers with information transmission, voice communication and interaction with high immunity, safety and reliability according to the particularity of coal mine production and working environment. It can provide basic support for the informatization and intelligent construction of coal mine.
- The research and development of a mine monitoring system can realize the real-time and comprehensive perception of personnel position, environmental parameters, equipment status and image information in the complex working environment of coal mine. It can provide the risk warning of safety hazards and the linkage control of related equipment, and offer a basis to management decisions of production safety through the analysis of all kinds of mine information.
- Develop the intelligent control of coal flow transportation, underground drainage and roadway ventilation with a centralized mine control system, and have a remote control through the centralized control platform, so as to achieve the goal of less or even unmanned operation of coal mine production.
- Research and develop intelligent mine equipment supporting, and assist mining equipment enterprises to realize visual remote control of coal mining or digging working face. It can improve the degree of automation and intelligence of mining or digging working face, realize less humanized or even unmanned operation, which can effectively reduce labor intensity of workers and improve the overall safety factor and production efficiency.
