Insulation materials for new energy vehicles

The motor bearing of the new energy vehicles should bear a voltage of more than 1000V, which requires insulation treatment. At present, the plasma spraying technology by aluminum oxide and zirconia will produce thermal vibration, which requires new insulation materials to avoid thermal vibration.

2) Outer diameter range: 80mm~300mm

3) Width dimension range: 18mm~62mm

2. Coating thickness:50-200 μ m

3. Requirementsof insulation materials:

1) Continuous operation at temperatures above 1700 ℃

2) Volume resistivity is greater than 1060ΩM

3) Hardness is greater than 8H

4) No thermal vibration effect

Expected results of projects:

By replacing or improving the insulating material on the bearing, the bearing on the motor can work normally and stably without thermal vibration effect.
