Environmentally Friendly Glue

The technical bottleneck at this stage is the formaldehyde-free glue used for sheet bonding. Formaldehyde is a colorless strong irritant gas, which has been identified as a carcinogenic and teratogenic substance by the World Health Organization. Studies have shown that indoor formaldehyde pollution mainly comes from formaldehyde-based (phenolic glue, urea-formaldehyde glue, melamine-formaldehyde glue) adhesives and coatings used in decoration, and the release period of formaldehyde contained in them is as long as 3-15 years. Formaldehyde-free glue has more stringent environmental protection requirements, and the amount of formaldehyde released is almost zero, but there are shortcomings such as substandard bonding strength, poor adhesion, and poor water resistance in production.

We are looking for companies with knowledge of the following requirements:

Seek qualified aldehyde-free products, or cooperate with scientific research institutions and develop a new type of adhesive product that can meet national standards in terms of bonding strength, adhesion, and water resistance.

Technical Requirements：

1. No formaldehyde is used at all, and formaldehyde pollution is completely eliminated.
2. It is derived from renewable resources, and needs to be low-carbon and environmentally friendly.
3. There is no “three industrial wastes” discharge problem at all.
