On the other hand, the speed of dismantling lock pins has seriously restricted the operation efficiency of container cranes.
Therefore, it is the common goal of shipping and wharf companies all over the world to develop an automatic, safe and efficient device for dismantling lock pins. With the increase of labor costs, automation has become an irresistible trend of development. At present, automation has been realized in many links of container terminals, but there is no progress or breakthrough in the dismantling of lock pins. From the first day of container handling to today’s 50 years later, manual method has always been relied on, which has become the most primitive method. The biggest bottleneck restricting port automation.
