The company is a printing company that processes DuPont paper fabrics. Due to the non-polar group in its fiber molecular structure, it is difficult to obtain better dyeing and printing effects, and the use of conventional UV pigment printing will make the fabrics less environmentally friendly and breathable. Therefore, starting from the process design of digital direct-injection printing and the transformation of printing software and hardware, the key technology of digital direct-injection printing for antibacterial and antiviral high-density polyethylene fiber fabrics is developed to realize the development of fashionable fabrics with antibacterial and antivirus functions with strong washing resistance and high durability. The main difficulty of this project is that DuPont paper is difficult to be printed in the traditional way, so a new printing method needs to be developed.

The anti-synthetic blood penetration is equal or greater than grade 3; filtration efficiency is equal or greater than 80%; UV protection coefficient average index UPF is equal or greater than 45 dry state, and wet state is equal or greater than 45; UV-A shielding rate is equal or greater than 95; UV-B shielding rate is equal or greater than 95 ;
Bacteriostatic rate: Staphylococcus aureus is equal or greater than 90%; Escherichia coli is equal or greater than 85%; Candida albicans is equal or greater than 85%; Pneumococcus is equal or greater than 85%.
