Green elastic floor is the most novel high-tech flooring material in the world building materials industry. It has been widely used in decoration projects at home and abroad. China’s elastic plastic flooring enterprises are mainly based on production, and their products are mainly exported. At the present stage, the product inspection is mainly based on manual inspection. For the quality control, the supervisor exerts a large influence. For the enterprise, there exist many problems:

1. There are large amount of labor, low degree of automation, low production efficiency, and poor quality stability;
2. There existmany types of products, complex surface patterns, and heavy manual visual inspection workload, which leads to serious misjudgment, resulting in the bulk return of terminal applications.

Technical problems to be solved:

A set of editable high-speed reversible equipment for flexible floor is expected to be developed, which is compatible with its automatic alignment. The device contains the hardware part of the free turnover equipment and supporting software, which can realize the automatic editing and quick flip of the elastic floor, and boasts the functions of man-machine interaction and data automatic interaction.

Expected results (technical indicators, specifications, etc.) :

1. Meetthe requirements of upper MES platform, develop data connection interface, and realize automatic real-time data interaction between upper and lower end;
2. Realize the turnover speed of not less than 60 pieces of products per minutewithout products’ damage during the whole process.
3. Free from interference of external environment to electrical control signals, have a smooth moving process, andensure efficiency and product quality.
